LES 8EMES RENCONTRES INTERNATIONALES PARIS/BERLIN se dérouleront à Paris du
28 octobre au 7 novembre 2004, à la Grande Halle de la Villette, à la
Cinémathèque Française et au cinéma l'Entrepôt, et présenteront une
programmation inédite de plus de 250 œuvres (films, videos, concerts)
provenant de 70 pays. Avec Harun Farocki, Matthias Müller, Christoph
Girardet, Michael Snow, Ken Jacobs, Jon Jost, Jonah Freeman, Antonio
Muntadas, Tonis Cokes, Hisham Bizri... des focus sur de nombreux pays : les
Pays-Bas, la Suisse, le Royaume-Uni, et une sélection de films et vidéos
rares provenant de Chine, du Kazakhstan, de Corée, d'Iran...

THE 8TH RENCONTRES INTERNATIONALES PARIS/BERLIN will take place in Paris
from the 28th of October, to the 7th of November 2004, at the Grande Halle
de la Villette, at the French Cinematheque and at the movie theatre
Entrepot. Their programming consists of more than 250 works (films, videos,
concerts) from Germany, France and 70 other countries. With Harun Farocki,
Matthias Müller, Christoph Girardet, Michael Snow, Ken Jacobs, Jon Jost,
Jonah Freeman, Antonio Muntadas, Tonis Cokes, Hisham Bizri... Special
focuses on the film creation in different countries: the Netherlands,
Switzerland, the UK... and a selection of rare films and videos from China,
Kazakhstan and Iran...
